The Clay Studio
We welcome you to our lovely, colorful clay studio attached to Hattie's historic farmhouse. We have 7 potters' wheels, a large slab roller, and all the Clay, tools, and glazes you'll need. All levels are welcome. Classes are offered in both wheel-throwing and hand-building. Find the class that speaks to you.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing and handbuilding, creating everything from bowls and mugs to sculptural pieces. We’ll cover essential techniques such as centering on the wheel, slab building, coiling, and surface decoration, with ample room for experimentation, creativity, and personal expression. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to expand your skills, this class is a great way to grow your practice and connect with clay.
