Here at Hattie Weselyk Studio, we offer excellent instruction in making metal jewelry. Whether you are a newbie with zero experience, a serious student eager to learn more, or just taking a class to rejuvenate and take a mental break from life, there is something for you!
We recommend entering Level 2 once you have completed a Level 1 class, are comfortable and confident in basic soldering, and know how to use all essential tools. Most students take Level 1 twice. Level 2 is faster-paced, and projects often take multiple classes to complete.

This class is for the beginner student. Students will learn how to use essential jewelry-making tools to create their designs. They will also cover all essential metal jewelry-making techniques, including cutting metal, filing, hammering, cold connections, textures, soldering, and beginner bezel settings. Each week, a new project will be explored using a new technique. Students are encouraged to attend all classes, as this is an info-packed class. Please bring a notepad. The class runs for 6 weeks. Age: 16+
